(A) Procedure for acceptance

(1) Completing an application card (A5 card)

At First, please order application cards for elementary analysis by e-mail or coming here. Next, fill out the form using this example description. Pay attention to the the following things.
(a) Don't use a ballpoint pen with erasable ink (for example, Frixion Ball) to fill in a form.
(b) Don't write anything on the reverse side of the application form.
(c) Don't attach anything such as a paper and a case of a sample on the form paper.

(2) Completing an application paper (A4 paper)

Download the docoument(revised on April 1st 2023). Fill out the form using this example description and print the application paper on A4 paper.
Please note that there are "two" kinds of analysis fees and corresponding application forms depending on a machine for measurement.
Don't write anything except in entry columns. If you have a message, please write it on another paper.

(3) Preparation of samples

Prepare your sample and put it in a container using the upper tab "Submission" . Take care not to use fragile or expensive cases. The center is not responsible for any troubles.

(4) Sending samples with the application card and paper

(B) Acceptance and charging bills

<Clients who belong to public institutions, such as or national and public schools, or local governments>
The reception date is the day we have approved the application form. We will charge fees at a later date.

<Clients who are not from public insitutions, such as private universities or industries.>
The reception date is the day we have received fees to our bank account. The clients should pay fees in advance by bank transfer. Once we confirm the payment, we will start CHN analysis.

[Notes for every extramural client]
Yearend cutoff day is March 20th. If the day is Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, the deadline is the last weekday. Requests received after the day are accepted on the next fiscal year.

(C) Report of results

The center will return results by mail. If you want us to return your samples, please let us know your demand. In that case, we will charge additional postage.
